Heiser Toyota April Employee Spotlight: His Friends Call Him “Billy”


This month we recognize New Car Sales Manager, Bill Lawrence for his drive to succeed and passion for the automotive industry. Bill joined the Heiser Toyota family in 2008 and has grown into a leader; one who inspires his colleagues. His mantra of Dream Big/Work Hard sets an example of success for others and is truly appreciated by the customers he serves.

Bill began his Heiser Automotive career as a Sales Consultant at our Toyota dealership. He distinguished himself by earning consistently high marks in customer satisfaction. By 2011, he was promoted to Business Manager, serving both the Heiser Chevrolet and Heiser Toyota dealerships. Bill was promoted again in late 2012 to his current position.

Bill’s success is a direct result of his extensive knowledge base and love of the automotive sales process. Around the dealership, he is known for his professionalism and attention to detail. Bill believes in the importance of treating the customer with the highest level of respect and integrity.

In a recent Dealerrater.com review, one of our customers singled Bill Lawrence out:

Bill's family is a Toyota family. He and his wife obviously believe in the product as they both drive Toyotas. In fact, Bill is constantly showing his 2012 Special Edition Camry to anyone who asks to see it.

Outside of the showroom, Bill is a family man, busy with two wonderful boys. Bill enjoys playing basketball himself, but most often can be found in the stands of his children's games. His enthusiasm spills over, even in his extra-curricular activities!
