Mary Ann, I owe you an apology. After seeing your most recent TV ads on how Heiser takes care of their customers, I regret not letting you know of my experience last September when I purchased a used car from your Chevy dealership. Some issues arose after the sale, but to my surprise, Heiser corrected them all! I meant to write you and let you know, but... Anyway, please be assured that I will not hesitate to recommend Heiser to ANYONE looking for a straight-shooting dealership!
